UCCT stands for Upper Coquetdale Churches Together. In 2004 eleven congregations
of four different denominations in Upper Coquetdale signed a covenant to work
together. The denominations were the Armstrong Hall Christian Fellowship in Thropton,
the Anglican churches in Rothbury (All Saints), Thropton, Hepple (Christchurch), Holystone (St Mary the Virgin), Alwinton (St Michael and All Angels) and Alnham (St Michael and All Angels), the Roman Catholic churches in Rothbury (St Agnes) and
Thropton (All Saints) and the United Reformed Churches in Rothbury and Thropton.
